The Wuxi Project in Huishan Officially Begun Construction

Huisan project officially commenced construction with a groundbreaking ceremony held on 20 February 2025 and attended by Local Governance Leaders.

With a total investment of RMB 6 billion and a land area of 50.53 acres, aims to develop an industrial headquarters cluster. The headquarters will include a data service center, Huishan Global Fresh Experience Mall, R&D center, intelligent temperature-controlled warehousing and distribution center, and a temperature-controlled food processing base.
Once fully operational, the project is expected to generate an annual sales revenue of no less than RMB 10 billion, with an average tax revenue of no less than RMB 500,000 per acre per year.

This milestone marks a significant step in regional economic growth, further strengthening Huishan’s position as a hub for advanced industries and innovation.
