RE: STATUS OF THE SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR KEJING-SETH (SUZHOU) LIFE SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD c/o EQTEXETER INVESTMENTS TAICANG PTE LTD

This advisory serve to provide a definitive update to all stakeholders, partners, and the public regarding the proposed transaction involving Kejing-Seth (Suzhou) Life Science Technology Co., Ltd c/o EQTExeter Investments Taicang Pte Ltd.

1. Status of the Agreement
DH Property Management Pte. Ltd. wishes to formally announce that the Sales and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) for the acquisition of Kejing-Seth (Suzhou) Life Science Technology Co., Ltd c/o EQTExeter Investments Taicang Pte Ltd is currently in a state of default. The conditions precedent required for the closing of the SPA were not satisfied within the stipulated timeframe, specifically in respect of the payment of the first instalment. As a result of this breach, the SPA has been placed in default stage, and the transaction is not proceeding.

2. Warning on Misrepresentation
It has come to our attention that some parties may be soliciting for funding or investment on the grounds that the SPA has been "fully executed" or "finalized."

We categorically state that any representation that the Agreement has been fully executed or that the transaction is proceeding is false and untrue. No party is authorized to use the name of Kejing-Seth (Suzhou) Life Science Technology Co., Ltd, EQTExeter Investments Taicang Pte Ltd or DH Property Management Pte. Ltd. in connection with fundraising activities related to this defaulted transaction.

3. Reporting Protocol
We urge all individuals, investors, and financial institutions to exercise the utmost caution. If you have encountered any misleading claims, solicitations, or documentation suggesting that this transaction has been completed, we strongly advise you to:

4. Reservation of Rights
DH Property Management Pte. Ltd. reserves all its rights to take necessary legal action against any party that makes, publishes, or disseminates false statements regarding the status of this transaction.
