Official Statement: Investment Activities and Cooperation Clarification

DH Wealth Management Pte. Ltd. (“DH Wealth”), a company holding a full Capital Markets Services (CMS) license issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), hereby issues the following official statement:

All investment projects or investment-related intentions undertaken by DH Wealth will be disclosed and updated in a timely manner on the company’s official website: www.dhwm.com.sg. 

1.Any investment, financing, or related activity carried out by individuals or institutions without proper authorization to represent the company is invalid and will not be recognized. DH Wealth assumes no responsibility for such unauthorized actions. We urge all parties to conduct appropriate due diligence and verify the authenticity of any related information before initiating engagement.

2. Based on the company’s current fund management scale and development strategy, DH Wealth Management has no intention or plan to actively seek external financing at this time.  Any statements suggesting otherwise are inaccurate and should not be relied upon.

3. If any business partner or individual has direct contact with the company’s management, they are strongly encouraged to verify any relevant matters with the company in advance. This is to prevent any misunderstanding or misrepresentation, including the mistaken assumption that a third party is a shareholder or partner of the company. DH Wealth Management shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from such unauthorized assumptions.
