Ms. Xie has over 15 years of distinguished experience spanning corporate banking, investment banking, and fund management. She possesses end-to-end expertise across the investment value chain — from strategic deal origination and institutional capital raising to active post-investment portfolio management — and has an established track record of structuring and executing high-value, cross-border transactions across ASEAN and Greater China.

Ms. Xie has cultivated expertise through progressively responsible roles in the financial sector, consistently adding value in competitive and complex business landscapes. Prior to joining DH Wealth Management, Ms. Xie served as Vice President at a leading Singapore bank, where she specialized in designing and delivering sophisticated credit and financing solutions for institutional clients, including syndicated lending facilities and large-scale corporate funding arrangements. Earlier in her career, she advised on landmark cross-border M&A transactions, spearheading due diligence, valuation modelling, and deal structuring for multinational corporations and private equity funds across multiple industries. She also advised corporate clients on IPO readiness and compliance, guiding them through listing processes on the Singapore Exchange with precision and regulatory rigor.

Ms. Xie holds a Master’s degree in Risk Management from the University of Nottingham and is recognized for her ability to bridge strategic insight with operational execution, driving results in dynamic, multi-jurisdictional markets.
