Mr. Ding Chengfei has more than 28 years of senior experience in industrial and commercial real estate management, and more than 15 years of full lifecycle management in business development, investment, construction delivery, marketing and sales, and team building in the field of industrial real estate and data centers.

Mr. Ding has provided advisory, investment and M&A services to companies such as EQTEXTER, Morgan Stanley and Everbright.

Mr. Ding holds a Bachelor’s degrees in Engineering and Law, along with a Doctorate in Management.
