David Hao

Mr. Hao has over 18 years of executive experience in security firms and 15 years of experience in investment advisory for high-net-worth clients, public audit/accounting, IPO and M&A.

Prior to setting up DH Wealth Management, he was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Zhongtai International (Singapore), responsible for Singapore overall business development, as well as license holder for both Dealing in Security and Fund Management; He was the Director of Financial Advisory Department of Deloitte (Southeast Asia)/ SEA PMO of Deloitte Global Chinese Service Group as well as infrastructure, mainly responsible for advising on Singapore listings, Hong Kong listings of Southeast Asian clients and M&A projects and in charge of Business Development (China market in SEA).

Mr. Hao is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom. He is also the Treasurer of the Central Committee and Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Consumers Association of Singapore.
