Ms. Wei has over 13 years of experience in public audit/accounting, IPO and M&A.
Prior to joining DH Wealth Management, she had a proven track record in financial management across several publicly listed companies and was mainly responsible for Hong Kong capital market operations and M&A transactions. She also worked at Ernst & Young LLP for 6 years, where she was mainly responsible for H-share and A+H share listings, as well as M&A projects.
Ms. Wei is a CFA charterholder and also a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
