From 5 to 8 November 2025, teams from Singapore, Hong Kong, Zhuhai, Shanghai, and Suzhou gathered at Patong Beach, Phuket, Thailand for the 2025 Strategic Summit under the theme ‘Harnessing Momentum, Embracing Prosperity’. The summit also marked the company’s first cross-region team-building event. During the event, teams shared strategies, aligned their goals, and strengthened collaboration, setting the stage for the next phase of the company’s growth.
On 6 November, the summit officially leads by Mr. Hao Bo, DH Wealth Management’s leader, opened with a keynote focused on “Visionary Insights,” sharing the company’s long-term business plans and future development aspirations, setting the tone and direction for the summit. This was followed by a series of professional presentations from representatives of the Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Singapore teams:
• The Hong Kong team provided an in-depth analysis of key sales strategies for turning around the Hong Kong real estate market amid challenges.
• The Shanghai team offered a forward-looking perspective on the investment and financing landscape of domestic industrial real estate and strategic planning.
• The Singapore finance team detailed rigorous financial audit standards and compliance requirements.
The presentations sparked dynamic discussions and showcased the professional expertise and industry insights of all five regions.
In the afternoon, interactive roundtable sessions and icebreaker activities enhanced engagement, collaboration, and team cohesion, allowing participants from different regions to connect and share ideas in a lively and productive environment.
On 7 November, team-building activities continued with high energy. The “The Amazing Race” challenge had five mixed-region teams navigate iconic Phuket landmarks, completing creative tasks such as the “Smile Check-in” while fostering teamwork and friendly competition. In the afternoon, Patong Beach became a hub of fun with rope jumping, ring toss, relay races, and beach volleyball, where sweat and laughter intertwined under the sunset, further strengthening team unity and synergy.
With this, DH Wealth’s first five-region summit and team-building event concluded successfully. The gathering not only strengthened cross-region collaboration and aligned development visions, but also highlighted the company’s commitment to diversified growth.
