Taicang Industrial Park Investment Agreement Signed In Singapore-Jiangsu Cooperation Council’s 18th Meeting

The 18th Singapore-Jiangsu Cooperation Council Meeting successfully concluded on 3 December in Nanjing. The event brought together prominent leaders and guests from Jiangsu and Singapore, including Jiangsu Governor Xu Kunlin, Vice Governor Fang Wei, Singapore’s Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister for Finance and National Development Indranee Rajah, and Senior Minister of State for Manpower and Sustainability and the Environment Koh Poh Koon. Notably, Mr. Ng Tse Meng, Chief Advisor of DH Wealth Management Pte Ltd, attended the meeting and participated in the signing ceremony for key cooperation projects.

During the meeting, Mr. Ng Tse Meng signed an investment cooperation agreement for a life science and technology industrial park with the Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government and Taicang Municipal People’s Government. According to the agreement, DH Wealth Management will invest in the construction of a life science and technology industrial park in Shaxi Town, Taicang City, Suzhou, over the next two years. The project’s total investment is expected to exceed RMB 1.1 billion, with the park covering approximately 117 acres and a total planned building area of 140,000 square meters.

Taicang, a key industrial manufacturing county-level city under Suzhou’s jurisdiction, boasts a robust industrial structure with a significant presence of advanced manufacturing enterprises and foreign-invested companies. It is also one of China’s top five towns in GDP rankings, leading in metrics such as per capita income, savings, and consumption.

The successful signing of key cooperation projects at this meeting marks a milestone achievement, further strengthening DH Wealth Management Pte Ltd’s collaboration with Jiangsu province and reinforcing its confidence in advancing its development within the province.
